This honey is Amber in colour, a warm flavour with a smooth texture. A perfect match for fresh toast!

To break down any initial crystallization of the honey's natural sugars, the honey is lightly warmed through during the packing process.

Crystallization will begin to re-form over time, however, this is a completely natural process. To restore your honey to it's liquid state simply apply a gentle heat, keeping the honey under 37°C.
