Helmsdale Hives Select is a premium multi-floral honey, blended only by the bees. Specially selected by our team of tasters as the best from the season and bottled in an eco-friendly 375g glass jar.

This honey is a light amber colour, with a soft and creamy flavour. As this is a natural product, the honey will differ in taste between seasons, and batches.

During the packing process, the honey is warmed through to break down any initial crystallisation of the honey's natural sugars. This gives us flowing honey, as you would find direct from the hive.

Crystallisation will begin to re-form over time, however, this is a completely natural process. To restore your honey to it's liquid state simply apply a gentle heat. To retain its full health benefits, the honey should not exceed 37°C.
